Retain complete control of your carrier relationships while we handle the back end. Invoice OTR and receive your margin within 24 hours. OTR has already set the process in motion by auditing the documents and invoicing your customer.

Step 2: OTR pays the carrier

On your defined payment terms, OTR will process payment to the carrier or factor on time, every time. If the carrier opted for quick pay, OTR will facilitate this process on your behalf, with no manual intervention required. Dynamically set payment dates and discounts for each carrier for full flexibility.

Step 3: OTR receives payment from the shipper

OTR collects payment from your shipper and closes out the invoice. No further action is needed on your part and you can be confident that your margin is funded, your business is protected, and you’re set up for success.

Working capital solutions allow freight brokers to outsource their payables to OTR Solutions to alleviate cash flow constraints and take advantage of flexible financing options. These industry-leading working capital solutions are also integrated into the Epay Manager Portal.

Brokers can select from the working capital solution that best fits their business needs:

• Brokerage Factoring: OTR handles payment to the carrier or factor and collects from the broker’s customer on the back end, so that brokers have immediate access to their margin. Available for both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. • AP Financing: OTR funds the payable on your behalf based on your agreed-upon Net terms (e.g., Net-30). The broker then repays OTR, along with the AP financing fee, based on the negotiated payback terms. • Quick Pay Financing: OTR funds the quick pay to the carrier and shares in the discount with the brokerage. Brokers can offer carriers expedited payment for a small fee (discount), which is often around 3 – 5%.
